Dear technical forum users,

if you experience a network problem in RX with the same indicators as below then take a deeper look at this topic.

Problem:
  • Master loses the connection to the network
Indicators:
  • Master can't reach any network participant
  • Clients (if it's a master-client project) can still ping among themselves
Solution:
Either you update the uEye driver with the uEye Driver Update Pack on our website or use the workaround described here:
  • Open the control panel --> Network and Sharing Center --> Change adapter settings
  • Right click on your active network adapter --> Properties
  • Deselect the point "Gigabit Ethernet uEye" --> OK
  • Disable & Enable the active network adapter
You can also use this link to download the uEye Driver Update Pack:

Best Regards from Austria
