Update to Rx 2.2.2, Teamviewer no longer works

Hello all,

I recently upgraded one of my Stage servers to Rx version 2.2.2, and everything is working nicely

The only issue I have noticed is that the TeamViewer program (under Settings - Programs) is grayed out and no longer able to be opened through the program shortcut

Has anyone else experienced this, and if so knows of a workaround?

Hi Kevin,

there's a relative easy way to fix that.
Please open the file "programs.xml" in the folder "C:\ProgramData\AV Stumpfl\Wings Engine GUI\".
In this "programs.xml" the icons are linked with the corresponding programs and so you just have to replace the name of the teamviewer.
So instead of the old name "AV Stumpfl Supportmodul_8_AVStumpfl.exe" you should now insert "TeamViewerQS.exe" in the line of the path.
Here is a screenshot how it should look after editing the file.

Save the file and restart your engine.
The teamviewer should become available again ;)
